I created my Songwriting Affirmation Sessions to help you connect to your voice, overcome blockages, and create inner harmony. When you add a melody to an affirmation, it gains the power of music and integrates deeper and faster. Co-creating the words and melody yourself makes it even more powerful. Method: We'll create a custom affirmation together, then I will guide you through a vocal meditation in a call and response style, followed by some guided singing improvisation to your words. When you leave, you will have a personal affirmation that says exactly what you need it to say and has a melody created for your voice. It will be something you can use to call yourself back to the harmonious space we created in our session again and again.

Cancellation Policy

Need to reschedule or cancel? No worries, life happens and I totally get it. No fees for canceled or rescheduled lessons. Please let me know as soon as possible via email or text and I'll respond to confirm I've got the message.
